Off topic discussion • Ping stopped after a while on eth0

Hi,
I am using the Raspberry Pi 4 Model B Rev 1.4 having linux raspberrypi 6.1.0.
In which facing a issue on ethernet interface. As ethernet cable connected between PI-board and laptop.

I simple ping the ip of laptop from the PI-board and vice-versa .
After a while ping is stopped on laptop with message "destination IP un-reachable" and ping on Pi - board is stopped without any message


I check the eth0 interface by using ifconfig command its showing that eth0 is UP.

So I basically down the interface and up it again (ifconfig eth0 down / ifconfig eth0 up )

After this previously stopped ping start working .

SO should i do to resolve this issue ??
