I recently bought a Raspberry Pi 5. When I first bought it, I couldn't get the original adapter and cooler because there was no stock. So I ran it with an 18 watt charger and I was able to get an image the first time. Now I have the original adapter and cooler, but when I start it with the SD card inserted, the cooler stops working within a short time and the LED light starts blinking irregularly and I can't get an image. I am waiting for your ideas. (By the way, the latest Raspberry Pi OS version is installed on the SD card).
