After sharing a previous humble Raspberry Pi 3b+ NTP Stratum 1 server tutorial, now, using the latest Raspberry Pi 5B, supporting hardware timestamping and a higher frequency SoC, with a Ublox M8 GNSS chipset, I'm able to get nanosecond RMS offset, over LAN, just using NTP (Chrony 4.5) with hardware timestamping and extended field F323 support. No PTP E2E needed at all!
The last achievement was the full support for the PHC of the Rpi 5B ethernet chip, into Chrony.

This one goes beyond the initial setup, with both advanced Ublox M8 chipset and extensive operating system fine tuning.
