I'm having a strange issue that seems to have popped up just today. Raspberry Pi 5 and 4.
I'm deploying out some Pis. I go through the following steps:
Use Raspberry Imager to image a SD Card.
Boot up the Pi. Everything works great.
Use Rpi-config to expand the filesystem.
Reboot
And the pi will not boot. Solid red screen. Here is what I've done for troubleshooting:
I'm using high quality SD cards, and the official Rpi power supplies.
Anyone else seeing this, or am I missing something?

- Tried Bookworm full, with desktop
Tried Bookworm Lite (what I originally wanted
Tried a brand new SD card. (two different ones, of different sizes)
Tried in my RPI 5, and an RPI 4
Tried running Rpi Imager from two different computers.
