Interfacing (DSI, CSI, I2C, etc.) • Interfacing Sony IMX900

Hello!

I would like to interface two monochrome IMX900 using a Raspberry PI 5 MIPI CSI ports (4 lanes).
Before I buy/manufacture camera modules, I need to know the theoretical feasibility of this project.

The sensor can be used for 1024x768, 10 bit/pp, at 376 fps using CSI-2, 4 lanes.
I expect this to be roughly 800 Mbps / channel.
I need two cameras connected, and will use both CSI-ports.

I would like to know if it is even theoretically possible to stream images from both cameras to RAM using the image pipeline?

I'm building a golf shot sensor, and today I use low-res stream to process images in real time, and store the high-res images when a shot is detected. Considering the much higher frame-rate, I'm guessing a low-res stream is out of the question?
