Beginners • Rpi Cam not interfacing with the board

I have a Raspberry-Pi 3 (Model B+) with 1 gb ram, and i have been trying to interface a R-Pi Camera (Module 3 NoIR-Wide ) with it.

The tests like libcamera-hello is working, but i cannot see the rpi cam in the interfaces menu.

Am i doing something wrong? how do i make this work?
