I remember this being an issue also on the official RPIOS when RPI-5 was first released but it was remedied quickly. But it still continues to be a problem in KDE Plasma (and maybe others). This only happens when a screen compositor is runing. Especially on wayland it is more prominent and there happens to be cubical artifacts around the mouse cursor. On X, it is just a blinking cursor. I can not confirm if it also happens on other desktop environments (you tell me) but i first thought it must be KDE's fault and i filed a bug report. They told me that this is must be a "kernel" issue as the mouse cursor has nothing to do with their software. So i am asking now, shall i open a bug report to the Linux kernel github of Raspberry Pi about this?

The mouse cursor "blinks" when i am on a text box for example, exactly the same rate with the keyboard's blinking cursor. I thought this could give a hint about the cause of it.
