Troubleshooting • Error *** no cameras available ***

Hardware: Raspberry Pi 5, RPi Camera Module 3 (wide)
OS: Raspberry Pi OS

Just to confirm, I've checked multiple times that the ribbon cable's metal contacts are orientated correctly and making contact with the connector pins.

After updating my board I ran "libcamera-hello" and recieve this error:

Error: *** no cameras available ***

Any ideas on how to debug and solve from here?
