Troubleshooting • RPi5 no internet access

I just got my RPi5 and are having issues with the internet access.

Both wifi and ethernet seem to connect normally, but there is no internet access whatsoever.

There is nothing wrong with the cable or the wifi, as other units tried work fine.

I tried both RPi OS and Ubuntu via the official RPi Imager. Same symptom on both the OS's.

Have I received a potato so to speak?

Any suggestions?
